Shipping policies We ship fedex ground on most domestic orders now. We find them cheapest, and best. On international orders, we will likely use Fedex too. If you must have us ship USPS we might, but can't guarantee it. Clear that with us at the time you order. Exchange policies: We're not perfect, and sometimes make mistakes in shipping. If we make a mistake we will happily pay for the freight to return the item back to us. We will fix the problem, and send the item back to you.
