Ordering
Once you're in the catalog and you've found some goodies to order, this is what you'll need to ensure a smooth and flawless ordering experience. Please put your size and color information in the comments section for each item or use the drop down menus included on some items.

If you have any additional comments, you can include them in the comments section when you check out. Also, if your billing address (the address where your credit card bill goes to) is different from your shipping address, please inform us of your billing address in the Check Out comments section of the order form. If you have questions about an item, please e-mail or give us a call.

Our order server is secure but if you have trouble getting on or If you have any problems ordering, please e-mail or call us and place your order over the phone.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards. We are a secure site so your transactions are secured.

If you wish to pay by check or money order, please specify on the order form and we will notify you of your total by phone or e-mail. Please note that check orders take longer. Your order will be processed once we receive your check or money order.

We Also accept paypal. A great way to pay!

Returns
If you need to return anything for any reason, we will be happy to exchange it or give you store credit (as long as it's in the same condition as when you received it). We do not give refunds. If you need to exchange or return something because we goofed (and it's verifiable), we'll be happy to send you a shipping label and a replacement upon the return of the merchandise. Please include a note with your return specifying how you would like us to handle it.

We prefer that you use UPS for your returns instead of US mail. It may be a little bit more expensive but they deliver it right to our door and if anything goes wrong, UPS is able to track the package.

Shipping
Shipping is not included in your order form total. Shipping is calculated based on weight and destination. We ship via US Mail for most orders. Shipping is usually $6.00 for packages shipped within the US weighing less than two pounds and increases for each additional pound. Upon request, we will ship overnight by FedEx. Please note that overnight delivery adds additional (and substantial) charges. Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday evenings will be shipped Monday afternoon. For international orders, you can request to be contacted and informed about shipping costs before we process your order.

From the 10 freeway (west or east) exit Fairfax. Take Fairfax south to Adams. Turn left on Adams, and travel east three blocks. We're on your left (north) side.
